How to buy Prepaid HMO Card
First step is to open an account by clicking the register button, then by filling up necessary info
Please be ready with your valid ID.
You will receive confirmation email which you should click to validate account.
After that, you can choose the products you can view the products by clicking "Health Plans" from the Menu, choose product you wish to purchase, add to cart, checkout & choose payment options. Payment options are Gcash, debit card or credit card.

You will receive a unique serial code with instructions to register. You will then receive your Health Voucher after succesfull registration which will serve as your health card. The validity date or your voucher will be indicated and varies according to product.

We will process and will send a you Billing Invoice with instuctions how to pay through official bak accounts of iCare. Bank options are BDO, BPI or Union Bank.
Send proof of payment to 7000hmo@gmail.com.
After confirmation of payment, we will send the Health Vouchers to individual enrollees, validated and registered and ready to use on the effectivity dates indicated.
Timeline for transaction from the time we receive the enrollment list is 24-48 hours.

After confirmation of payment, we will send your Health Voucher and Health Care Agreement Contract to your email.
You should register the voucher within 90 days from purchase. After sucessful registration, your voucher is activated and effectivity date is indicated.
