You become your best self when you feel well. She's Well can be used by girls and women of all ages. It has diagnostics and laboratory procedures, medical consultations, with unlimited access to telemedicine, and hospital coverage for emergencies due to accidents.
Diagnostic and Laboratory Tests
The list of laboratory and diagnostic procedures included in She’s Well is based on OBGYN’s recommendations according to age. The coverage can be used once. Members can avail themselves of the diagnostic procedures and examinations coverage in Hi-Precision, Keralty Clinics, and The Medical City Clinics nationwide.
Emergency Care Coverage
She’s Well’s emergency care coverage is valid for 1 year or up until used, whichever comes first. Registered members from 1 to 70 years old can take advantage of this benefit. It can be used in more than 500 IHC-accredited hospitals in the Philippines, excluding the Top 6 hospitals in Metro Manila namely Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Makati Medical Center, St. Luke’s Medical Center (QC and BGC), The Medical City.
The Php 20,000 benefit limit for emergency care benefits covers:
- Doctor’s professional fee
- Emergency room treatment
- Laboratory and diagnostic procedures
- Room accommodation if confinement is required
- Required medicines during hospitalization
- Surgery and surgeon’s fees, if medically required
- Surgery and surgeon's fees when medically necessary
- Use of operating room, recovery room, and ICU, as medically necessary
- Special modalities of treatment as medically required in emergency room care and confinement, and subject to Php 5,000 standard limit.
Telemedicine Access
She’s Well includes unlimited telemedicine or over-the-phone medical consultation for 1 year.

She's Well FAQ
What is considered a medical emergency? "Emergency" shall mean the sudden, unexpected onset of illness or injury having the potential of causing immediate disability or death or requiring the immediate alleviation of severe pain and discomfort.
- What is considered as an “accident”? "Accident" shall mean a visible, external, sudden and violent event occasioned by a physical or natural cause and occurring entirely beyond the Members' control causing damage to the health of the Member. Some examples of accidents covered by She's Well are new fractures, new burns, new animal bites, and new cuts that need suturing.
- How can I register my She's Well voucher? Upon purchase, you can register online at https://services.insularhealth.... You must register a name to your prepaid health plan within 90 days from purchase date. After which, your serial code will no longer be available for register.
- When can I start using She’s Well? From the day you register (“registration date”), the health voucher will be activated 10 calendar days after successful registration. Your health voucher is valid for 12 months or up until used, whichever comes first. Example: Registration date is Day 0. If you register on August 1, your health voucher will be activated on August 11. It will then be valid from August 11, 2022 to August 10, 2023 or up until used whichever comes first."
- What’s the availment process? A. Diagnostic procedures and examinations: STEP 1: Call your chosen clinic to set appointment STEP 2: On the appointed day, go to the clinic and present your She’s Well voucher STEP 3: Upon verification of your membership, take the diagnostic procedures and lab tests STEP 4: Before leaving, schedule a follow-up visit for results interpretation B. Emergency Coverage STEP 1: Upon accident, go to the Emergency Room of nearest IHC-accredited hospital STEP 2: Present your She’s Well voucher along with a government-issued ID STEP 3: Upon verification of your membership, proceed in getting your treatment C. Telemedicine/remote consultation through Doctor Anywhere STEP 1: In the app click on "Consult a GP" STEP 2: Click on "See The Next Available GP now’" STEP 3: Add in your symptoms and information on your condition, then click "Next’’ STEP 4: The Doctor will pick up your call within 5 mins. STEP 5: Consult a Doctor (Note: Don’t forget to show your ID for verification).
- Can I register someone else to use the plan? How? Yes, you can. it’s not yet registered. To get the prepaid health card registered to someone else, you need their details listed below:
- Full name
- Birth date
- Home address
- Email address
- Mobile number
- If the benefit limit is not wholly consumed, can I use the health voucher again in the future? She’s Well’s diagnostic and laboratory procedures coverage can only be used once. However, its emergency care coverage and telemedicine access are valid for a year or up until used, whichever comes first.
- Can I use my voucher in other hospitals not provided on the list? IHC has more than 500-accredited hospitals and clinics Members can choose from. All vouchers will be accepted in the cited hospitals and clinics in the list provided here https://www.insularhealthcare.com.ph/our-partners/
- What conditions are not covered by She's Well? Non-emergency and pre-existing conditions, congenital and maternity-related conditions, and other conditions under IHC’s General Exclusions list are not covered by this product. An illness or condition is considered pre-existing if, prior to effective date of coverage: (a) Any professional advice or treatment was given for such illness or condition; (b) Such illness or condition was in any way already known to the Member; or (c) The pathogenesis of such illness or condition had already started (of which the Member may not be aware of).Non-coverable accidents include but are not limited to self-inflicted injuries; injuries from professional sports and high-risk sports; injuries or illnesses due to military, paramilitary, or police service; injuries from high-risk activities or suffered under conditions of war; and accidents that are secondary to or contracted due to degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease.For more information, see “General Exclusions”.
Return, Replacement and Refund Policy
This policy is created to narrate return procedures of IHC prepaid healthcare products and to provide refund process for said returned products.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- This policy applies to IHC products namely: ER Care Basic, ER Care Booster, ER Care All-In, and MedConsult.
- This policy allows the return of the product and refund of fees paid, subject to a handling fee of Php 400.00 per product.
- The refund will always be paid in Philippine Pesos. The refund will be based on the actual amount received by us and all refunds will be processed and paid out in the same manner that it was paid to Insular Health Care. That is, if the product was purchased with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the credit card with the same card number. Insular Health Care reserves the right to require documentation and proof that will prevent the fraudulent return of the product.
- Return is possible only if the product is not yet registered to any person. Once the product has been registered to a person, it cannot be returned. The person who has been registered under the product will continue to be covered subject to the Health Care Agreement governing the ER Care and MedConsult Series.
- The return and refund of any product that has not yet been registered must be done by the Purchaser himself/herself. Please refer to the procedures below on how to return a product and request for a refund and their documentary requirements.
- The return of the product must be requested within the period shown below. Beyond these periods, the product is no longer eligible for return and refund or replacement.
- Fourteen (14) calendar days from purchase date for units sold through the e-commerce site of IHC
- Seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date for items sold through IHC agents, brokers and other accredited partner platforms.
PROCEDURES
Return
- The Purchaser must send an email to returns@insularhealthcare.com.ph to request for the return of a product. The request must include the following information and documentation:

- Complete Name of the Purchaser
- Contact number, email address and mailing address of the Purchaser
- The reason for the return
- Request for a replacement product and/or refund
- Proof of purchase which may include the confirmation email sent by IHC
- Photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued ID of the Purchaser
- If IHC issued an Official Receipt, the image of it must also be presented. Please note that if we agree to the return of a product, the original Official Receipt must be returned to IHC prior to the implementation of the replacement or refund.
- IHC shall acknowledge the receipt of the request for a return of the product through email.
- IHC shall conduct an evaluation and within two (2) working days of receipt of the complete request for a return of the product, IHC shall advise the customer on the decision of the request for the return of the product. Detailed computation and instructions on the return, replacement and refund will also be provided.
Replacement and Refund
- A replacement handling fee of Php400.00 per product shall apply.
- The replacement handling fee or refund handling fee shall be deducted from the amount paid.
- If you want a replacement product, we shall offset the amount due from the product being returned against the cost of the replacement product.
- If the replacement product’s price is higher than the product being returned, less the replacement handling fee, the difference will be settled by the Purchaser before IHC issues the replacement product to him/her.
- If you want a refund, please allow 20 working days to prepare your refund.
- The refund will be based on the actual amount paid and all refunds will be processed and paid out in the same manner that it was paid to Insular Health Care. That is, if the product was purchased with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the credit card with the same card number. Insular Health Care reserves the right to require documentation and proof that will prevent the fraudulent return of the product.
- If payment was by means other than by credit or debit card, refund shall be given in the form of a company check paid to the Purchaser and sent via courier to the Purchaser’s mailing address. IHC shall not issue any refunds in cash, regardless of the amount.
- Notwithstanding #8 above, if an Official Receipt was issued, the check will be paid to the same name as shown on the receipt.
